Alicia T. Carter

Born in St Louis, MO, Alicia fell in love with South Carolina when Sunoco relocated her father to the area in 1989. The laid-back style of living and the hospitality of the south spoke to her heart. In 2010 she stepped out on faith and found her home in Florence, one of the best decisions of her life! In October of 2020 she married the love of her life retired Army First Sergeant Bondre Carter, together they have five children and six grandchildren.

At a young age she began to develop a love for real estate. Her experience in the furniture, auto, and Insurance industries have laid the bases for the pinnacle of her sales career as a real estate agent. Alicia has 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, negotiating and closing. Her enthusiasm in helping others, her patience and her determination have contributed to her successful sales career.
