I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years. I started practicing, in 2001, in a town called Sarasota, Florida where I grew up as a kid. I owned a Real Estate company for about 12 years with a business partner. We worked with buyers and sellers, plus Investors, the company had well over 600+ transactions in that time frame.

Around 2011, Real Estate was slow so I started another business. A swimming pool company named Splish Splash Pools. Over the years, as it grew, I hired multiple pool techs. Because of the growth of the business, I brought in a partner to help manage the company affairs, plus this helped me stay active in Real Estate.

Within this time, My Adoptive family moved from Sarasota, Fl to the Florence County area to start a Wedding Venue and Hunting Club. They purchased hundreds of acres, most of it needed Land development to begin their new projects. So, I started making MANY trips up to Florence to assist and visit family; especially to see my Brother Joey (South Carolina General Contractor). I immediately fell in love with the area.

With my family being in SC , and personally liking it so much. I decided to make a change. So in 2020, I was able to purchase a single family home near 5 points. I moved here with my wife, Yuki and a few Cats. (I love my pets; that is another story with my wife : )

Why am I practicing Real Estate in Florence, Darlington, Hartsville and Surrounding areas?

The Florence area has a nice down to earth, country feel, with that wonderful charm, plus the Folks here are very friendly and selfless. Florence and Darlington County has all the shopping you need; Malls, restaurants, plus wonderful well known hospitals close by, affordable housing, low taxes, a stable / strong job market and great schools.

The weather is moderate and it is nice to experience all the seasons (No Snow :) SC has beautiful beaches and mountains that are an easy day drive or you can make it a full weekend getaway. There is lots to do.

Also, since I was a Kid, my natural personality is to care and help people. I always truly enjoyed meeting new Folks and getting to really know them.

Over the last 30 years; I have built homes for myself and clients. Helped many clients find their Dream Home, First Home, Vacation Home, or guide them to a Real Estate Investment. I have listed properties and watched families move to the next chapter in their lives. This gave me great satisfaction that I was able to assist. I ended up making lots of lifelong friends. It has been a great experience and I enjoyed every part of it.

Now that I have settled and lived here for a few years. I have decided to practice Real Estate full time. It is what I love! Meet great people and use my many years of Real Estate skills to assist. I have personally purchased multiple properties in the area (Darlington, Lee, Florence County) . I have a good grasp on what each community has to offer.

I am looking forward to assisting folks with their next chapter of their lives and making the Florence area their Home, if not already.

For me, Florence is Home and will be for a long time!
